We took part in the electrical works on the New Safe Confinement — a movable shelter enclosing the site of the former Chernobyl nuclear power plant. The project was financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the resulting structure is the largest movable building in the world

Project objectives
Turning the damaged Reactor No. 4 into an environmentally safe system, slowing corrosion of the existing shelter and reactor building, mitigating the consequences of a potential structural collapse — in particular limiting the release of radioactive dust — and enabling safe demolition of unstable structures
Works were carried out under a radiological regime, with full control of time spent in the zone and dosimetry procedures covering every worker
